Exchange Carnival is a service that allows you to exchange your old laptop from any brand (not restricted to HP) for a cash value towards your new HP Laptop purchase.

Depending on your old laptop condition, you can expect to receive an average exchange value of up to ₹25000.00, including an assured bonus value based on the HP Laptop brand you intend to purchase.

Exchange Carnival is only applicable upon purchasing a new HP Laptop from the HP Online Store. Only one (1) old laptop is accepted for every exchange.

Terms & Conditions
  • Only 1 product can be exchanged while placing order for 1 new  PC.
  • Available on purchases of ₹33000.00 and above.
  • The mobile number use for exchange and number used to place order on www.bigitstore.com must be same for order to be processed.
  • The Laptop Exchange is a recycling service provided by Mildwave Technologies.
  • Mildwave will recycle old electronic products after the customer and Mildwave agree on the exchange value. Once mutually agreed, old electronic products will not be returned.
  • All initial quotes are pending Mildwave’s evaluation of your gadget and no binding offer is made until Mildwave have had a chance to inspect the gadget. Mildwave reserves the right to refuse to offer to purchase any item that you offer to sell for any reason we deem, in our sole discretion, to be sensible. Mildwave reserves the right to change the quote at any time.
  • Should you be given a quote via bigitStore.com, and Mildwave, upon inspection of your gadget, agree to pay you that quoted amount, you are legally and contractually bound to sell to Mildwave the gadget for the price quoted via the website.
  • Once the relevant laptop has been given to Mildwave representative, the client will not be able to retrieve any relevant data or other content from the laptop.
  • The client is solely responsible for keeping a separate backup copy of any relevant data before selling the laptop to Mildwave, and clearing or deleting relevant data that is considered personal or confidential. Mildwave disclaim any responsibility for any security, protection, confidentiality or use of data, SIM cards or memory cards.
  • This service is only applicable to India.
  • Mildwave reserves the right to revise the details of activities and promotions without prior notice and to make interpretations or rulings for the Exchange.
  • Mildwave reserves the right to finally approve, change, revise, and cancel the content of this event and these terms; if there is any change in the event method and event prizes, the announcement on this event website shall prevail without prior notice.
